This elegant and old world inspired Rhone Blend, displays balanced, soft and integrated tannins. The Shiraz and Mourvedre add noble spice and fruit to the wine. With hints of nutmeg and salty black olive. The Grenache adds earthy notes, with candied fruits, hints of raspberry and cinnamon. This combined with a well-integrated acidity and a silky smooth finish, gives the wine a well-rounded character from nose to palate. This wine is perfectly paired with full flavoured Mediterranean dishes, duck as well as grilled lamb and vegetables.

Harvest: 6-8 tons per hectare
From the vineyard to the cellar the grapes go through various selection processes to ensure we get only the best fruit. Hand harvested into small lug boxes and transported to the cellar. The wine is then fermented in open top tanks, with gentle extraction through pump overs. The wine is then pressed and racked into carefully selected 2nd and 3rd fill French oak barrels. It will mature for 18 months in these barrels. This adds complexity and structure to the soft natural tannins of the wine.
